Ellen Simmons Smith

Sarah Ellen Simmons Smith, 43, of 296 Griffin Road wife of Ben Patrick Smith died July 28, 2009 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.

She was born in Greenwood Co. a daughter of Camille Gambrell Simmons and the late Jimmy Simmons; she was employed by New Horizon and was a consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics and a member of Harmony United Methodist Church.

Surviving besides her husband and mother both of Ware Shoals are a son Brandon Smith, and a stepson Timmy Smith both of the home; a daughter Ashlee Smith of the home and a stepdaughter Julie Oelkers and husband Rick of Valdosta GA and a brother David Simmons of Lancaster. Two grandchildren Seth and Savannah

Funeral service 11am Friday July 31 at Harmony United Methodist Church with the Rev. Tina Thomas, Rev. John Parks and the Rev. Harry Workman officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
