HASKELL GREGORY


Haskell “Hack” Gregory, 90 of 12267 Hwy 25N., widower of Martha Lenora Medlin Gregory died May 29, 2009 at Self Regional Healthcare. He was born in Greenwood County, a son of the late Jim and Eunice Gregory. He was retired from Riegel Textile Corp.,and had been active with Boy Scout Troop #152 and YMCA for more than sixteen years. Mr Gregory served in the US Army in the Phillipines during WWII.

Surviving are: one son, Jerry “Peck” Gregory with whom he made his home, one daughter, Nora Mae Giles and husband, Mike, Ware Shoals, two loving grandchildren, Beth Kidd and husband Chett, Charlotte, N.C. and Scott Giles and wife, Marlene, Donalds and four precious great grand children, Cory and Tyler Kidd and Jadia and Bailey Giles.

A Memorial Service will be conducted Sunday at 3 pm at Parker-White Funeral Home with Rev. Don Patrick officiating. Memorials may be made to Boy Scout Troop 902 at 316 Old Shoals Junction Road, Donalds SC 29638.
