Nell Bryson

Donalds – Mrs. Nell May Bryson, 98, widow of Theodore (Ted) Eugene Bryson, formerly of Austin Road, died Monday, December 8, 2008 at the Carlisle Nursing Facility at Due West Retirement Center in Due West.

Born in Due West, she was a daughter of the late Andrew Jackson and Corrinna Calhoun Austin May. She was a member of the Due West A.R.P. Church and was a retired accountant for the U.S. Post Office of Atlanta.

She is survived by a brother, James Dallas May of Chester, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by six brothers and a sister.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 A.M. at Due West A.R.P. Church with the Reverends Calvin Draffin and Jim Coad officiating. Private committal services will be held prior to the memorial service.

The family will be at their respective homes and will receive friends immediately following the Memorial Service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Due West Retirement Center, 18 Frank Pressly Drive, Due West, SC 29639,
