Larry Craig

Atlanta, Ga. – Larry Paul Craig, 59, of 903 Adams Lake Rd., died Monday, August 25, 2008 at his home.

Born in Anderson County, he was a son of Mary Doris Wilson Craig of Honea Path and the late Rev. Norton Craig. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Atlanta and was employed as an Accountant with Batson Cook Development.

Surviving in addition to his mother are: one brother, John Wilson Craig and wife Karen of Spartanburg; three sisters, Jane Pruitt and husband Doug, Judy Pruitt and husband Kenneth, both of Honea Path and Peggy Howell and husband Ken of Burnsville, N.C.; nephews, Tony Pruitt and Craig Howell; nieces, Jana Lott, Mary-Margaret Smith and Kimberly Grey Craig; great nieces and nephews, John Anthony Pruitt, Bailey and Bryson Smith, Makina Smith, Allison Pruitt, Adam Brown, Cory Brown, Jenny, Kristina and Viktoria Lott; many special friends from Atlanta and members of Mt. Paran Church of God.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Thursday, at the First Baptist Church of Honea Path with the Rev. Mike Moody officiating. The body will be placed in the church at 1:00 PM Thursday. Burial will follow in the Keowee Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM Wednesday at Pruitt Funeral Home.
