Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of Stanley and Shelby Johnson McCuen. She was a member of Honea Path First Assembly of God and a homemaker. She loved her family dearly.
Surviving in addition to her husband of 15 years and her parents of Honea Path are: two sons, Dalton Benton (Madalynn Edwards) of Honea Path and Nathan Porter of the home; a daughter, Julieann Smith of the home; two sisters, Tonya (Joey) Gilstrap of Honea Path and Bonnie (Wayne) Patterson of Belton; and her beloved granddaughter raised in the home, Jolene Benton. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Nichole Benton.
Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Friday, June 2, 2023 at Honea Path First Assembly of God with Rev. Andrew Overby officiating. Burial will follow in Eastview Cemetery.
