Born in Bronx, NY, he was a son of the late Roman and Carmen Marrero Santos. He was of the Catholic Faith and was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp, Vietnam War.
Surviving are his wife of the home; two sons, Brian Tolbert of Jacksonville, FL. and James Tolbert (Robin) of Simpsonville, a daughter, Michelle Williams (Aaron) of Anderson, two sisters, Carmen Santos of Maine and Maria Santos of Tampa, FL, and six grandchildren.
He was predeceased by two brothers, Ramond and Elieso Santos, and a sister Raquel Santos.
Memorial services with military honors will be held at 4 PM on Friday, August 6, 2021 with Rev. Billy Slatten officiating at Pruitt Funeral Home, Honea Path.
The family is at the home and will receive friends from 3 to 4 pm at Pruitt Funeral Home on Friday prior to the service.
