Lola Gambrell

Honea Path – Lola Mae Hannah Gambrell, 81, widow of Jimmy Dean Gambrell, of Legion Lake Road, passed away Friday, February 21, 2020 at her home.

 

Born in Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late Haskell and Lillie Fields Hannah. She was a member of Hodges Church of God. Mrs. Gambrell formerly worked at Riegel Textile Corporation and retired from Park Seed Company.

Surviving are: three sons, Jimmy Gambrell of the home, Johnny (Angela) Gambrell of Ware Shoals, and James (Mary) Gambrell of Calhoun Falls; her daughter, Vickie Brock of the home; two sisters, Frances (Henry) Cooley of Honea Path, and Mildred Campbell of Anderson; three grandchildren, Jonathan Gambrell, Dustin Gambrell, and Dylan Gambrell; and three great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Monday, February 24, 2020 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Caldwell officiating. Burial will follow in Eastview Cemetery.
