Born in Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Edgar Ore and Sybil Nalley Ashley. She was a member of Bethany World Outreach Center.
Surviving are: her daughter, Gerri Ann Davis of Honea Path, a brother, Norman Ashley of Honea Path, two sisters, Barbara Impson of Anderson, and Shelia (Jerry) Parker of Honea Path, and her grandson, Tyler Davis of Honea Path.
She was preceded in death by her son, James “Jamie” Henry Davis, a brother, Randy Ashley, and a sister, Linda McClain.
Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rickey Knight and Rev. Theresa Knight officiating. Burial will follow in Garden of Memories.
