Timothy (Tim) Johnston

Honea Path – Timothy Wayne (Tim) Johnston, 45 of 104 Georgia Street, husband of Christie Pruitt Johnston, died Wednesday at An-Med Health in Anderson.

 

Born in Greenwood county to Betty Jean Bagwell Johnston of Ware Shoals and the late Oliver Deane Johnston,  he was formerly employed by Clendenon Lumber before becoming disabled.

Surviving are his wife of Greenville, mother of Ware Shoals, four daughters; Amber Johnston, Jessica Johnston, Sarah Johnston and Shannon Nelson and husband Anthony all of Greenville, brother; Joseph Daniel Johnston and wife Christy of Honea Path, three sisters; Renee Johnston of Honea Path, Sheila Pearson and husband Donald of Ware Shoals and Sherry Knowlton and husband Ral of Donalds and six grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son Timothy Wayne Johnston, Jr.

A memorial service will be held 3 PM Wednesday March 25, 2015 at Parker-White Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Lowe, Rev. Byron Wood and Mr. Corey Reed officiating. The family will receive friends from 1-3 PM Wednesday March 25 , 2015 at Parker-White Funeral Home prior to the service.
