William “Bud” Vaughn 

Honea Path --- William “Bud” Vaughn, 78, widower of Frances Marion Neal Vaughn, of 804 Chiquola Ave., died Saturday, December 1^st, 2012 at Rainey Hospice House in Anderson.

Born in Anderson County, he was a son of the late Marion Robert and Margie Ann Stewart Vaughn. He was a member of Honea Path First Baptist Church, and a painter. 

Surviving are one son: Joseph Aubrey Vaughn (and wife Susan) of Donalds; one daughter: Tracy Michelle Vaughn of Honea Path; one brother: Jim Vaughn of Honea Path, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by two brothers: Robert “Noonie” Vaughn, and Charles “Coot” Vaughn; and one sister: Thelma Bagwell.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, December 3^rd at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Homer Gilmer and Rev. Andrew Overby officiating. Burial will follow at the Garden of Memories.
