Mrs. Sybil G. Thorne

Honea Path – Mrs. Sybil Guest Thorne, widow of Woodow Thorne, passed away on July 15, 2009 in Winterhaven, Fl. She was 78 years old.

Surviving are a stepdaughter, Geraldine Gunter of Lake Wales, Fl., Brett Baily, a grandson reared in the home, a brother, Haynie Guest of Honea Path, a sister Lorraine Robinson of Williamston, and numerous nieces and nephews. . She was pre-deceased by her parents, Perry C. and Annie Bell Davis Guest and an infant son, James.

Graveside services will be held Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at 2 P.M. at Eastview Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice. Online condolences may be made at www.parkerwhitepruitt.com
