Belton – Odis Bailey, 80, widower of Nellie Mitchell Bailey, of 357 Crawford Rd., died Friday, Oct. 7, 2016 at his home.
Born in Anderson, he was a son of the late Samuel and Linda Stephens Bailey. He was of the Baptist Faith and was a retired mechanic.
Surviving are two daughters, Angie Jones and Malinda Vaughn, both of Anderson, four step-sons, Jerry, Sammy, Frankie, and Dean Jordan, all of Belton, two stepdaughters, Becky McCoy and Gloria Elgin, both of Belton, three sisters, Dessie Broyles and Betty Fowler, both of Anderson, and Mary Scott (Larry) of Belton, and several grand and great-grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by three sons, Terry, Keith, and Jimmy Bailey, a daughter, Crystal Bailey, and two brothers, Herman and Archie Bailey.
Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Wednesday at Pruitt Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jimmy Kelly officiating.
