Eleanor Bagwell

Ware Shoals – Eleanor Ann Sexton Bagwell, 78, wife of Merrill Bagwell, of 235 Abney Rd, died Monday, January 12, 2015 at Self Regional Medical Center

Born in Greenwood County, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Elizabeth Ethridge Sexton. She was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church where she was active in the WMU.

Surviving are her husband of 44 years of the home, four sons, Greg Morse of Apex, N.C., Kyle Morse (Wanda) of Greenwood, Dale Bagwell (Renee) of Orangeburg,, and Danny Bagwell (Pam) of Lexington, a daughter, Debra Ann Koon (Kevin) of Ward, ten grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Wednesday at Poplar Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Marcus Bishop and Rev. Shane McDaniel officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 P.M. at the church prior to the service.
